We now ask you to consider the different forces that inhibit positive teacher impacts on student well-being. In a particular context, what are the challenges that teachers, administrators and other education personnel might face when trying to establish and sustain Healing Classrooms? And what can be done to change them?

Identify key challenges and negative forces in your local context
Identify programming approaches and/or strategies that might mitigate against these forces and challenges
